In the current role as a Project Manager for Landmark Associates my responsibilities range from day-to-day operations support, perform take-offs, budget development, estimating, and project execution.

In the multi-faceted role as a Multi-Site Property Manager I oversaw several buildings from Chelsea Massachusetts to Beverly Massachusetts. While in the role I project managed over several million dollars in capital improvement projects from initial design to completion. These projects included residential unit dwelling renovations, building monitoring system implementation of all essential mechanical equipment and upgrading residential community spaces that included fitness rooms, community rooms and co-work spaces. I was also responsible for overseeing REAC preparation and budgeting at each site along with HOME Base resident recertification processes.Outside of the Multi-Site Property Manager responsibilities, I served as a board member on the Best Practices Committee and Safety Committee, as well as, a trainer of the RealPage Onesite platform for many Peabody Properties, Inc. managed properties.

As the Property Manager for Anchor’s Weigh Apartments in Chelsea Massachusetts, I oversaw 87 apartment homes that housed roughly 250 residents, as well as, managing several onsite staff members. My operational tasks included budgeting, processing dispositions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and numerous capital improvement projects. Additionally, as the property manager the occupancy rate held consistently at 98% or above and a renewal rate of 96%.

Established in the early 1970’s this family owned Real Estate Company consists of 216 residential apartment units, as well as, two industrial parks which total 285,000 thousand of leasable square feet. • Work in conjunction with Property Manager in maintaining residential, commercial, and industrial property.• Coordinate with maintenance team on daily basis delegating tasks and duties for each of the properties. • Contact outside vendors as needed. • Collect rent and uphold lease, safety and building code compliance. • Ensure that apartments and commercial units are clean and ready for the community residents to move in on agreed date.• Responsible to ensure high quality standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appearance. • Highly knowledgeable in the fields of construction, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical.
