CurrentAccount manager for mechanical contractor and owner clients. Responsibilities include: - Relationship Development: Cultivate long term client relationships to maximize market share. - Estimating: Proposal creation, equipment/controls selections, and 3rd party procurement. - Project execution: Drive contract negotiations, lead cost reviews with operations, develop technical product submittals, and coordinate problem resolution from time of sale through warranty. - Salesforce: Opportunity and customer management, financial forecasting, dashboard creation.
