Upon completion of a scan, the information would then be delivered to an appraiser, who will complete the virtual tour of a home, develop an opinion of value and assist borrowers, agents and lenders across the country in closing their loans.

When I'm not in the field, I preformed administrative duties for Class Valuation. As a professional library assistant and videographer, it was my responsibility to monitor, maintain and create original in-house video/photographic content to promote all Pasco County Libraries. My daily tasks included photographing/documenting library sponsored events, photoshopping pictures, editing video footage, creating motion graphics, and finally uploading content to the library’s social media platforms. Additionally, I would often use the library's tungsten/fluorescent lighting equipment and LED fixtures during children’s green screen shoots.

During my time as a teachers assistant at The University of Tampa under adjunct professor / television producer Brian Sullivan, I was tasked with assisting the professor in Studio Television Class, where students produced a semesterly news show Spartan Spotlight. I would regularly help students with filming and editing their personal news stories. After that step, we would then film our in house studio segment with volunteer anchors. Once completed, it was my responsibility to edit all the videos together for the final package.
