Works closely with and follows directions from maintenance director as well as complete projects a in timely manner. .Maintains building grounds in a clean, safe and orderly condition.Makes minor repairs of handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, electrical equipment, sprinkling system, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers, changing filters and maintenance on HVAC/R equipment, boilers, chillers, carries, lifts and stock supplies.Remains on call when assigned.Assumes supervisors responsibilities in his or her absence.Performs other duties as requested.
