My primary role is oversee and control the work flow through the workshop, I am responsible for a team of 8 technicians, 2 body shop technicians, 3 service advisers, 1 parts supervisor & 2 valet drivers, I oversee all the roles to ensure the workshop functions efficiently, my role also involves speaking directly with suppliers & customers to ensure that.

My roll has a team leader was as an hands on technician overseeing a team of four technicians, my role involved delegating work, overseeing parts spend & liaising directly with the service manager. I then volunteered to run 2 teams working on 2 shift patterns, I successfully managed both teams and achieved all the targets that was expected from both teams.

Carry out final quality checks on motor vehicles prior to dispatch to showroom, this involved mechanical and visual inspections including bodywork & a final roadtest.
