With over 10 years of work experience in the chiropractic field, I am passionate about providing quality patient care, education, and support to chiropractors and their offices. As a Senior Medical Director at Advanced Medical Integration Group, LP, I am committed to improving Chiropractic are through education on case management, patient care strategies, and appropriate billing and coding.In my current role, I am responsible for daily peer-to-peer account management and clinical discussion with over 500 chiropractors across the country. I help them with topics such as chronic pain management, insurance policy and plan design, appropriate billing and coding procedures, documentation and diagnosis review, and identification of potential red flags for fraud, waste, and abuse. I also offer provider and staff support for data entry specific to each patient case. This has allowed me to refine and improve my interpersonal/professional communication, relationship building skills, and delivery of software as a service (Saas).
