I believe that I am a hardworking individual with lots of determination and passion for my work life. In the past I have worked in leadership roles and found that I am naturally a very detail-oriented person and find it easy to remain cool under pressure. I really enjoy the satisfaction of conversing and building relationships with colleagues and customers because I think it not only strengthens your work environment but also has a lasting impact on your customer base. I strive to make my work days run in a smooth and efficient manner and therefore like to keep busy and stay on task during work hours. I believe that I am a quick learner and I find that taking on any challenge is very rewarding as I enjoy improving my skills and gathering more knowledge. I have had experience working in many different fast-paced environments from which I have learned to be flexible and able to adapt in most situations. I pride myself on always putting forth 100% effort on any task; no matter how big or small. I like to keep my work space neat and I really enjoy perfecting skills down to the smallest detail. I am unafraid to ask questions and ask for help because I know that the key to a strong skill set is learning it the right way from the beginning. I have always felt comfortable speaking openly to my supervisors because I want a strong, communicative, and trustworthy relationship with my superiors.
