-Manage 30+ direct reports within the Instrumentation department (Gaging, Connector, Assembly, and RMA).-Prioritize production based on schedule developed with management through scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress and reporting results-Maintain OTD in accordance with company goals. Maintain 90% OTD -Accomplish company objectives by communicating expectations and monitoring results through training, mentoring, annual review process, team meetings, and advancement based on performance-Determine and implement cost reductions and continuous improvements. ex. Laser scriber, stack gages, pre-soldered tabs, mantis scopes, effective utilization of OP-Develop resolutions and facilitate corrections to failures within processes using 8D, DFMEA, Change Processes-Uphold quality service by establishing routings/ work instructions using Process Change Requests,-Provide manufacturing information by compiling, sorting and reporting of employee productivity, performance records, scrap etc. to Executive Management -Resolve personnel issues through Performance Improvement Plan Process.-Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment as well as maintaining compliance with controlled policies and procedures such as PPE, daily cleaning procedures, chemical labeling, etc. as well as random walk throughs specifically for possible safety issues

Solder and assemble Instrumentation Sensors, Test Equipment, Calibration fixtures, Potting/ Molding, Connector/ Wire harness, accelerometers/potentiometers Electrical troubleshooting/repair-shorts, output, open, resistance, crosstalk, etc.of sensorsMechanical troubleshooting- surface finish, tolerance stack up, fitment, etcQC of all Instrumentation before shipmentDevelop work instructions and procedures to define department processes. Work closely with material handling to resolve job material issues. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing engineering to ensure blueprints, job routing and materials are correct for production use. Maintain above average productivity
