All systems and equipment provided with full process and mechanical guaranteesMulti-disciplined engineering design, fabricate and service the unique line of liquid/liquid hydrocyclone separators. Supply also included pre-separation and crude dehydration hydrocyclones. Scope ranged from individual hydrocyclones to total integrated process packages. Project Management services include, preliminary field testing and proving services, detailed engineering design, project scheduling and commissioning, on-site servicing, training and troubleshooting, ongoing research and development, including client specified studies.

Senior member of the 1987 Engineering Graduate Recruiting Team for the Australian Southern States including Victoria, S.A., W.A., and Tasmania. During this time, was also in charge of hiring third year engineering students from across the country to work with Esso during the Summer vacation.The program proved very successful with Esso’s target manpower requirements being met with some very talented personnel. Maintained the design specification of corrosion control measures for new plant and equipment, and existing corrosion control schemes in an effective condition.Monitored and evaluated conditions of pipelines and items of plant equipment both onshore and offshore, and prepared recommendations for remedial action where necessary. Provided advice to operating and technical groups on the implementation and operation of corrosion control systems, and followed up and ensured implementation of recommendations within the operating groups including Producing Operations and Processing Plants.Reviewed technical literature and ‘new technology’ and applied this knowledge by review and discussions with outside chemical and engineering suppliers and manufacturers.
