Extremely proficient when it comes to troubleshooting problems as they arise.Tons of experience using a variety of Network monitoring tools such as Wire Shark, Solarsinds, Whatt's Up Gold Version 25, and Fluke Optivew Series II true 7 layer network analyzer. Familiar with Visio, Excel, Project Managment, Altirus. Performs backups on Servers as needed when people are out .Very knoweldgeable with spanning tree, routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BPG, Framerelay. Performs spectrum alalysis to determine best location of ACCESS Points. Configures Aeropoint Access pointsConfigure Access points to authenticate to an an ACS Server, so the user can log on by merely entering his or hers uer id and passwod. Have been supporting Manned Space Flight Testing and hardware for over 12 years now, and a server, workstation or network device has never gone down during testing of an Astronaut, or Flightr Hardware.
