I managed a small team of talented CMF Designers, and together we developed rich color stories and decks of visual assets to cement our direction. Retailers like Best Buy, Target, Apple Stores, AT&T Retail and others were equally impressed with the idea of me presenting our seasonal direction. This was story telling and consumer connection at a new level within this industry. I went deep into the "why" behind our color decisions and Buyers gobbled it up. Created per-channel blocking strategies and product delivery plans designed to maximize brand reach, sell through and profitability at retail.

Led this 800 million dollar category with insightful, trend and consumer relevant color and aesthetic stories. Created product differentiation through color blocking strategies, branding and graphics application. The notion of product color design was brand new at Nike during this period. I joined a small team of footwear design and marketing pro's and we dove in, creating this new business group. Over time the Color Design team grew to become the sophisticated and strategic organization is is today. While in this role, I managed all footwear product color within the Kid's business silo.

Managed a team of Apparel Graphic Designers. Later, this role transitioned to capitalize on my expertise in the screen printing industry. At this point I assumed charge of a large team of Graphic (color) Separators and support staff.
