CurrentJC Resorts and its affiliates own, operate and asset manage luxury resort properties, boutique hotels, golf courses and real estate in southern California. As President, I am responsible for all strategic, financial, operational, business development and construction activities in our family of companies. Current areas of focus include:•Strategic asset repositioning, anticipating and adjusting for market trends. We recently completed a significant renovation at Rancho Bernardo Inn. Surf & Sand Laguna Beach is now undergoing a generational transformation. •Fixed, variable, mezzanine and bridge financing, minimizing costs in a volatile environment. •Opportunistic and value add acquisitions. Target asset pricing between $75M and $150M.•Business development. Our new management company, Regency Hospitality Management, operates boutique hospitality properties. •Collaboration with city, county and state government leaders to identify, advance and/or defend measures that protect our businesses and employees.
