Responsible for all aspects (revenue, profit, product roadmap, business development, pipeline management, etc) of a large, global Fortune 500 customer with the end goal of increasing revenue through profitable growth. Revenue increased 20% annually from 2013 – 2015. Results were achieved by executing detailed product business plans reviewed on monthly basis with executive management, portfolio management, engineering and operations.

Responsible for all business aspects of a $60M+ global portfolio of cable assembly, power connector and bus bar products with the end goal of increasing revenue through profitable growth. Results were achieved by executing detailed product business plans that were reviewed regularly with business line management, engineering, operations, quality and sales. Activities were extremely results-oriented and included creation of product development roadmaps as well as plans for existing products.

Provided onsite technical expertise to a global Fortune 500 customer's enterprise/client development teams. Accurately assessed customer's product needs against FCI’s product portfolio and development roadmap to achieve a high degree of revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Directed FCI’s organization to develop new products and/or modify existing ones.

Coordinated development teams to produce new electrical and electronic interconnect solutions through the initial development cycle. New products brought to market were typically worth > $3 million in sales with project budgets typically > $250K.

Designed connector application tooling for a $25M product line with domestic and international sales. Engineering efforts for two international customers were twice recognized with impact bonuses. One effort was awarded a US Patent (6,276,052). Also, was recruited for and graduated from a comprehensive two year engineering training program.
