I have also developed BLLT's ever-evolving influencer marketing strategy and manage partnerships that are aligned with our brand and defined content pillars.

In this multifaceted role, I had the opportunity to collaborate with domestic and international media, partners, destination marketing organizations, and valued clients in order to share our story with a broader audience. This included coordinating with the PR and sales teams within Fairmont's Canadian Western Mountain Region to foster authentically local experiences for our clients and strategically targeted media and influencers. In addition, I also managed all reputation management platforms for Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, monitoring the hotel's performance and building monthly reports that helped the leadership team to make strategic operational decisions.

As a knowledgeable and passionate ambassador for Banff National Park and Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, I took pride in interacting with hundreds of visitors and guests from around the world every day. While working in an extremely high intensity environment, responsibilities include collaborating with third party tour groups, various departments within the hotel, and upper management to ensure that the guest experience is exceptionally unique and memorable.

I also advised clients on their current financial standing with the Ontario Drug Benefit Program, and forecast future program benefits, providing the opportunity to effectively plan and assist with their medical needs.
