I have always enjoyed the challenge of puzzles and finding ways to complete them in the quickest way possible. I have applied this to my management of projects both big and small. All projects have their unique challenges that need to be overcome and I like finding and solving them. I have managed construction projects for 15 years in multiple scales and structures. My experience includes Multi Billion dollar, Multi year semi-conductor ground up, big box retail new stores and remodeling, Client side Project Management, GC side Project Management, and on site Supervision. This includes working on site with general contractors, sub contractors, store management. I have spent much of this time as a Lead project manager, trainer of construction managers, and creating and implementing new processes to programs. I have been involved in open bidding, negotiating, and estimating projects as well as vetting potential subs. I also have been the mediator between these parties and office employees and vendors in regard to buyers, design teams, marketing, and upper management.
