Cellular World were a very successful retail chain of 40 stores now under the banner of O2 Ireland .Working in a fast moving environment. The daily challenges were to maintain and develop business/Consumer relationships and to be pro-active and seize every business opportunities to hit high targets for connections to the network. To achieve this I needed to be highly organised and efficient while motivating my sales team. Promoted to centre manager of the flagship store which accounted for 20% of company turnover.Voted store of the year within 6 months of joining the group and 2nd and 5th place for the other 2 stores under my management.On mystery shop reports achieving 100% for sales presentation and store layout.
