Approval was granted and the strategy is in implementation with additional revenue streams from Local Authorities and Skills Development Scotland (SDS). • Identified opportunities to expand and develop provision; supporting senior staff to identify growth opportunities and the preparation and presentation of bids and tenders.• Engaged with stakeholders in Scottish Government, SDS, Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), as well as Members of Parliament. • Developed and maintain people structures, managing senior management and supporting staff to fulfil their potential and achieve strategic aims and performance outcomes.• Managed a communication strategy for effective organisational and culture change, ensuring company values were embedded within the attitude and behaviours of staff.
