Special operators are often the first sent into combat, and their members routinely risk their lives on missions of national strategic importance. Doolittle's team was tasked with finding the most effective strategies to prepare these elite warriors to successfully navigate the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual pressures of combat... to overall improve human performance for these USSOCOM operational units and warfighters.Core Responsibilities Included: - Managed a $500M+ budget- Directed a network of 600+ doctors, trainers, and family program coordinators- Led two Legislative Proposals to change current law in order to better support requirements - Refined the Human Performance (HP) master plan for over 20 large scale construction projects- Worked directly with 40+ members of the U.S. Congress to ensure ongoing resources and support- Developed and provided ongoing support for a Transition Program for retiring special operators- Developed and implemented a Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) plan to monitor/validate USSOCOM program results -
