As controller, I was responsible for all financial aspects of the business including, budgeting, forecasting,cost performance reporting, cost reduction planning and implementing, investment evaluation and internalcontrol.· Drove the cost improvement process for the Plant, resulting in a 20% reduction in manpower/material/inventory costs.· Successfully.

· Developed a downsize plan for Walton Hills and implemented the plan over a period of three years. The result was a 60% reduction in hourly and salary manpower, a 40% reduction in assets and significant reduction in fixed costs.· Led a 4-wall asset reduction initiative that reduced NBV of assets by $11 million.· Downsized the Controller's Department by.
