· Developed a downsize plan for Walton Hills and implemented the plan over a period of three years. The result was a 60% reduction in hourly and salary manpower, a 40% reduction in assets and significant reduction in fixed costs.· Led a 4-wall asset reduction initiative that reduced NBV of assets by $11 million.· Downsized the Controller's Department by 50% from 12 to 6 people while absorbing workload.
