FISMA Subject Matter Expert (SME), significant experience designing, documenting, and implementing information assurance programs based on industry standard processes and control sets: NIST RMF (800-53), DIACAP (DoDD 8500.1, DoDI 8500.2), VA C&A (VA Handbook 6500).Oversaw all Certification & Accreditation (C&A)/Assessment & Authorization (A&A) for nearly 20 government-contracted facilities. Developed security policies and implementation guidance for management and administration of secure automated information systems/networks to support government-sponsored research.
