Managed a team of Genesis Trainers through the development and execution of Intuitive Surgical's Genesis Team, a Best Practices initiative designed to help customers enhance their ability to deliver da Vinci Surgery within their operating room. Developed customer facing content designed to share best practices in standardization, task overlap, communication and leadership strategies within the da Vinci surgery operating room. Conducted evaluations, provided recommendations and executed training with Surgeons, Staff and Hospital Leadership to implement program wide strategies for success.

Conducted technical training on the use of the da Vinci surgical system for Surgeons and OR Staff, while developing creative training programs designed to enhance the experience and reduce the learning curve for healthcare professionals involved in da Vinci Surgery. Developed advanced surgeon training programs in cooperation with Robotic Surgery Key Opinion Leaders in Urology, Gynecology, General/Bariatric Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery, and Cardiac Surgery. Developed First Assistant Training pathway and Learning Modules for da Vinci Surgery bedside assistants.Co-Developed and launched Resident and Fellow training programs at Academic Medical Centers throughout the US.
