Responsible for all areas of technology for the entire 9-branch locationcompany, made up of over 2500 employees; management of IT help desk, including a staff of 10-member IT team, consisting of Support Analysts, Support Engineers, Project Managers, Software Managers, & Software Specialists; additionally managing multiple contract Programmers developing custom software solutions for IHC; responsible for all phone related technologies, both cellular-based and desktop-based; responsible for any programming and custom report needs of the company (VB.NET, SQL Server Report Services, Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Server programming); responsible for $1.2 million annual IT budget, and for managing over 30 vendor relationships; constant review of new available technologies, and have final purchase decision for any such new technologies; responsible for keeping up with HIPAA-related regulations, and other home care industry changes; responsible for managing 4 primary EMR software systems (HealthMEDX, Cerner, AllScripts, and Homecare Homebase), and primary marketing lead management software (Homecare CRM); certified in Cerner Homeworks and RoadNotes software applications; extensive experience building HealthMEDX custom reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); proficient in support of Microsoft Great Plains accounting software; also provided many of these same IT services for a sister-company, Integrity Pharmacy and its long-term care facility customers; recognized for developing a team of IT staff with top-notch technical skills combined with ummatched interpersonal skills
