I have a passion for supporting others with their mental health through increased awareness of the causes of stress, anxiety and depressive episodes. I am glad to use my 18 years experience as a teacher, most recently as an Assistant Head Teacher at a Dorset School, to help people take control of their thoughts and habitual behaviours. I have transferred my experience within education and a personal recovery journey to now offer mental health support to children, adolescents and adults. I am proud to have featured on the OFSTED website for excellence in teaching. I am equally proud to have helped many adults move into teaching and establish themselves within the education profession.
