It is renowned for its industry expertise, IT development and partnering skills that help accelerate complex business process transformations through the application of technology.

Lead the Canadian Operating Team through a significant business transformation at one of Canada’s largest IT outsourcing services companies. Annual turnover was over $1.0 billion and 7,500 employees. Full P&L responsibility for all lines of business - ITO, BPO, consulting services, as well as two subsidiaries: 1) EDS Advanced Solutions; and 2) Solcorp (international insurance software business).• Led Canada to be ranked as a top operating unit within EDS’ global operations from financial, sales, client and employee perspectives. In 2005 the region was recognized as the ‘Global Region of the Year’ based upon achieving the highest rankings in global profit performance, customer service, employee satisfaction and the pioneering of a global diversity initiative. • In 2005 Canada was the most profitable EDS subsidiary with an average 8 points better operating margin than EDS worldwide and these results would rank in the top tier of the ITO / BPO outsourcing industry worldwide. • In 2004 had a record breaking year in sales, exceeding $1.0B in contract revenue (triple the prior year). Won an innovative services contract with the British Columbia Provincial Government valued at $000's M, a deal recognized as the ‘New Contract of the Year’ for EDS. Doubled the Canadian operating margin with a comprehensive cost base transformation and improved revenue performance. Transformed the delivery process over 2004, whereby Canada was ranked as the top EDS region for service excellence. • Led turnaround at Solcorp, a $100 M international life insurance policy administration software/consulting business. Developed a strategy to support EDS globally in outsourcing insurance back office services.
