As the Operations Outage Coordinator, Rad Waste Supervisor and Senior Reactor Operator, I have organized and successfully implemented refueling outages, emergent outages, implemented design changes and managed the processing of radioactive waste of a nuclear power plant. As a Nuclear Oversight Assessor, I identified areas for improvement and worked with the Operations, Training and Fire Protection departments to implement plans to achieve excellence in their performance. As the Operations Training Department Lead, I ensured the Operations Training initial and requalification programs for licensed and non-licensed operators exceeded the INPO accreditation standards with a focus on improving Operator and Training personnel performance.
