Started in the industry in 1997, straight from school at the age of 16 at Roadways Container Logistics in Trafford Park. Done almost every job to do with the container side of the business, operationally. Started in Container Control, was trained early into planning, whilst helping out wherever I could on other sections. Learning as much as possible. 2008, I was given the opportunity to move up and moved to Denholm Transport and worked towards becoming Operations Manager for the Manchester depot. Due to closure of the office, in 2019 we decided to start up Dower Transport Ltd ourselves and see where it takes us! 4 years in and absolutely loving it and life! Onwards and upwards!
