We are implementing our vision of a whole new era of recovery service, where there is complete transparency for the customer.Our Industry trained staff at our 24hr call centre is open 365 days of the year, I am tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the business. We have 20 roadside assistance units on the road in Dublin alone, with a nationwide network throughout the Island of Ireland and the United Kingdom. I always try to lessen the wait time for customers and provide them with a truck that suits their breakdown needs. with the introduction of new Technology Spire Platform, we can dispatch the nearest suitable operator keeping costs and the carbon foot print to a minimum, offering transparency and an Uber style experience, with my vast experience in breakdown assist I am keen to keep hands on to insure customer satisfaction.
