I sit between business, product and technology teams and align their strategies, roadmaps and investments to ensure that our business can achieve both their operational and strategic objectives. I hold an MBA degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW Business School) where I have strengthened my commercial acumen and I have also learned how to build, scale and operate a business. I have majored in technology leadership and focussed on areas such as new product development, project management, innovation and strategy implementation. I have a passion for simplifying the complex and creating sustainable technology driven solutions that create an improved experience for millions of customers.My core competencies include creating shared leadership teams with a great culture, generating customer-centric benefits, leveraging data to verify important decisions, and leading and growing world class delivery teams of up to 300 people.
