Led environmental and sustainability projects with an operational budget of $215 million positively impacting 1.5 million Aucklanders, their surroundings, environment and lifestyle.Delivered Auckland’s first Waste Minimisation and Management Plan, a significant step towards Auckland’s zero waste goals, and led the biggest transformative change in waste minimisation in the southern hemisphere.Helped create and deliver a $300 million multi-modal transformational project. Member of the advisory group to the Executive Chair for integrating eight legacy councils and delivering one Auckland Council that operates effectively and efficiently.Member of the team drafting final recommendations to Cabinet. Joint head of ATA’s Programme Management Office ensuring integration of thirteen ATA work streams.Advise and develop an organisational structure for integration of eight councils into one affecting 8000 staff, while maintaining core public services.

Responsible for $178 million operational budget for $2 billion worth of assets with 610 staff.Delivered the successful and award winning Project Twin Streams - a significant strategic project, with grass roots community engagement. External funding achieved of $45 million.Responsibility and accountability for the New Lynn Transit Oriented & Town Centre Development, a $300 million economic transformation project to deliver a fully grade-separated integrated multi-modal transport interchange and economic development of New Lynn. Role included bringing together significant interaction and partnership with Crown agencies.Designed, initiated and delivered an In–house Leadership Programme identifying “stars/potential leaders” and providing opportunities for managerial growth.
