  John W. Draskovic is a senior partner at MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton LLP. He is chairman of the Workers' Compensation practice group and a member of the Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups. He has more than 30 years experience representing insurance carriers and employers in workers' compensation and other employment-related claims. His workers' compensation practice includes representing insurance carriers and employers in all matters relating to rates and claims, including hearing loss, occupational disease and hazardous exposure claims. He counsels employers on issues designed to avoid claims and litigation and is a frequent speaker for professional organizations including the Manufacturers' and Business Association, the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Erie County Bar Association. Mr. Draskovic serves on the Board of Directors for the Erie County Bar Association and is an active member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Mr. Draskovic received his J.D. from Ohio Northern University, where he was the associate editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review and his B.S., cum laude, from Youngstown State University.
