The Solution integrates with automation solutions to delivery preventive remediations that help improve system MTTF and MTTR. Aftermarket Command Center Rollout - A plant equipment manufacturer was making an entry into the service business for maintaining plants. The entire plant process had to be mapped out in order to capture events of failure and alert the failure event to EAM systems that would trigger work orders, commission staff to assess failure, secure work order tools, etc. As part of this program my role was to define the information architecture so that new plant setup would be a seamless exercise. Defined the solutions to harmonize items, spares data, supplier information, etc. so that there would be consistency of data standards and smooth flow of data between EAM systems, customer systems and the analytics solution. CRM Consolidation for Unified Market to Order (Large Equipment Manufacturer in NL) – The program involved consolidation of multiple enterprise CRM systems into SalesForce.com. I lead the information architecture track in the due diligence phase, mapped the information landscape of existing CRM systems in terms of process & data disparity, data quality, target architecture, etc. to carve out the consolidation strategy. Data had to be harmonized, to secure a seamless data solution. The overall objective was to make the latest, authentic customer data available to the sales workforce on the target CRM system.MDM for ERP consolidation (Large Chemical Manufacturer in SA) – The customer has an existing implementation of MDM however they were still experiencing significant Master data quality issues that were causing spend leakage, end user dissatisfaction, inconsistent data between the transaction systems, etc. I led the business & technical consulting engagement starting with due diligence of impacted business processes, current data governance, Information architecture and underlying technology used for MDM, finally to define the Target Architecture

MDM for SRM (Tier 1 automotive part manufacturer US): As part of the Enterprise Supplier Relationship Management implementation, I lead a team to define the information architecture. Pursued the target architecture right from working with business leaders to reconcile the definition of Master data entities, assessed Data quality, mapped data governance processes and baselined the current maturity of Enterprise MDM. Defined end state architecture and architecture roadmap starting with consolidation style architecture and defined how the solution would evolved into a centralized mechanism of managing master(supplier and material) data. Product catalog consolidation and Supplier integration (Large Retailer in Europe) : Worked on the implementation of Product data Management solution and integration with Oracle Retail.Price and promotion intelligence (Retailer in UK) : Lead the implementation of a Data Mart solution to capture price and promotion information of competition and provide intelligence to business decision makers on how to adjust daily online catalog prices of products.Product data synchronization with Retailers (Large Consumer item manufacturer US): Worked on the Due Diligence of enterprise Product data portfolio and defined the consolidation solution into an Enterprise Product Information Management solution. I worked at Symphony Services as a Product implementation consultant. Implementing Solution is Product Information Management and Global Data Synchronization using 'Trigo' which was bought up by IBM.
