I ensure the growth of the business by developing new contacts and keeping relationships with existing clients. I ensure all tenders are competitive and returned on time. Once on site I manage along with my team all projects to completion ensuring all is completed on time and in budget. We carry out a wide range of works in the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors ranging from £100.00 to £200,000. We ensure all projects are to our clients satisfaction.

Southport

My responsibility was to develop the business and increase the overall turnover and profit. This was achieved by developing new contacts separate from existing. Once new contacts were made, I then tendered for the works, managed the projects awarded including introducing new labour resources to carry out the installation works. I was responsible for all projects with new clients from tender stage to completion.

Liverpool

I was tasked with setting up the Electrical Division within the company. All electrical contracts awarded was my responsibility from tender stage to completion, ensuring all projects were completed on time and within budget.

It was my responsibility to over see various projects from tender stage to completion. During my time I have managed many projects ranging from £5,000 to £500,000 my duties include organising labour for each project including any sub- contractors that may be required, ensuring all projects do not go over budget, and are completed on time. I regularly meet with customers including CEO’s. MD’s Architects, Consultants and Site Managers to ensure each projects are running to their satisfaction. It is my responsibility to forward all valuations and variations to our customers .
