-Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Responsible for driving product awareness and adoption. -Built and Implemented ABM growth campaigns (including segmenting audiences, building display ads, custom landing pages, and marketing emails, and in-app workflows) to retain current customers and generate growth opportunities.-Built custom automated workflows to support enterprise customers in our managed service efforts, which led to over $1,000,000 in additional ARR for the company. -Manage Hubspot, Outreach, and Salesforce operations for all customer campaigns - responsible for defining and sizing target markets, value propositions, campaign operations, and data analytics. -Manage the day-to-day HubSpot configuration, develop reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing initiatives.-Track/analyze product usage and publish in-app onboarding tours, announcements, and surveys, leveraging Appcues. -Built and implemented data-driven strategies to automate email campaigns and in app workflows to under performing customers, resulting in increased ongoing product usage. -Manage logistics for ReviewTrackers and InMoment customer conventions and events. -Launched bi-weekly webinars to drive product awareness, and create customer growth opportunities.
