At that time, Norwegian municipalities did not have the comprehensive, user-friendly tools they needed to comply with the mandates from the government and the needs of society. Remin created a suite of software services for managing contact tracing, vaccination distribution, patient outreach, internal communication, and integrations with official registries. The platform has been used by over 200 municipalities—covering over 2,5 million inhabitants—and has been an integral part of Norway's response to the crisis.As the pandemic winds downs, we are shifting gears and focusing on new opportunities. ★ AIG (2017 - present)I provide technical strategic advice to an underserved organisational unit within AIG. I also design, build, and maintain web-based, micro-applications that illustrate complex financial instruments.★ Trade Informatics (2017 - 2019)PLIA is a market-leading, compliance management product in the financial services industry (see below). I functioned as a technical advisor and occasional programmer until the product was purchased by Urvin.

★ Product Owner, Entities (Global)Party Management is a mapping and consolidation engine that assigns a unique global identifier to users of Telia services across multiple countries. It combines aspects of identity verification, GDPR compliance, and data science. The system is a key pillar of the company's long-term strategic and technical vision. As product owner, I had final responsibility for the roadmap, delivery execution, and the team itself.★ Tech Lead, CIAM & Entities (Norway)I oversaw the final design and implementation of a new SSO solution for business customers in Norway. I managed communications with stakeholders, coordinated timelines with our integration partners, and had technical responsibility for the delivery execution of both teams.

★ Hilton (2006-2008)CCT is a web-based call centre platform used by every Hilton agent worldwide. It supports virtually every kind of booking at 14 hotel brands. I led a team of 8-10 developers that built the 5-tier system. I also worked on the UI layer and co-invented a proprietary Javascript framework similar in scope to Ember.js. The platform is still in production.★ Stericycle (2008-2013)WebMessenger is a web-based task management application that streamlines communications between patients and physicians in the US healthcare system. I designed a new version of the platform that allows the service to work for large institutional clients as well as smaller physician practices. The new system also provides better integrations with Stericycle's various call centre platforms and customers' EHR systems. The platform is still in production.★ FRX Games (2013-2016)PlayTheDraft was a fantasy sports league based on the NFL draft. I designed and built an administrative application for managing the league and its various game mechanics. I also designed and built a spin-off league for the NCAA football season. FRX ceased day-to-day operations in 2016.

★ PLIAPLIA is a web-based, compliance management and counterparty due diligence platform for the financial services industry. The platform streamlines many tedious, regulatory activities between asset managers and brokers. It is one of the few products recommended by the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) and the Investment Association (IA). I was initially responsible for the designed and construction of the platform's API, but over time, I have written or refactored virtually every line of code in the system. The system is still in production.

★ WebMessengerNotifyMD's flagship product streamlines communications between patients and physicians in the US healthcare system. When a patient call reaches a physician's office, the call is redirected to a call centre where a live agent helps the patient leave a detailed, structured message instead of a rambling, unstructured voice mail. WebMessenger then relays the message to a proprietary web-based, task management system (or the physician's EHR), where the message can be processed through a custom workflow. In the early 2000s, WebMessenger was the only system that could programmatically handle patient call data in any effective way. The platform is still in production.

★ VariousI managed all technical matters for a boutique software consultancy.

★ VariousWeberize was a custom software development consultancy. I supervised all the firm's technical projects and its staff of 20-25 programmers.

★ Citgo / FinaADS provides private label credit cards for retail brands. I designed, implemented, and maintained the system for processing new applications for petroleum clients.

★ American Airlines / Canadian Airlines / US AirI worked as a consultant at Sabre, which was the de facto IT department of American Airlines at the time. I maintained a system for tracking freight revenue. I also maintained a system for tracking flight schedule fidelity.
