Part of Operations Team. Maintain, implement and monitor infrastructure. The infrastructure includes local offices in Albany as well as nodes at Telecom, Gen-i, UK and Australia. Special attention to security as Mako is PCI compliant. Mainly work with Redhat Enterprise and VSphere 4.x with a few Windows servers. Hardware mainly IBM and MAC.

Systems Administrator in Infrastructure Role. Maintaining exisitng systems, working on new infrastructure projects. Main systems include Cisco, VMWare, Microsft, Unix, Linux and Oracle.

Small complement of 5 staff that included hardware and network as well as software support.
