Worked as Sales Manager responsible for marketing, sales calls and closings of shredder castings. Ability to forecast and set measuring tools to be successful in sales of automobile shredder plant parts. Worked closely with plant managers to create inventory program in replacement parts. Created marketing plan and presentation program to assist organization. Assisted in creation of company webpage and email system to enhance the company’s image.

All aspects of Sales Director to include Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Sales Staff. Created reasonable sales quotas for team, assisted in sales of advertising packages. Effectively handled difficult customer service issues.

Responsible for raising awareness of the goals of the non-profit organization’s building efforts in El Paso.
