Founding member of a team set up to create a Transport Depot within 39 Berth Tilbury, responsible for creating Executive Information for Ships Manifests, liaising with HM Customs & Excise and TCS terminal staff to identify and resolve any operational problems. This was carried out through the use of 24-hour monitoring using Freightliner (RAIL) and TCS (Ship/Landside) computers (Import & Export). Effective scheduling of vehicles to maintain vehicle supply, maximize profitability and to ensure customer service levels and legal requirements were met.
