In charge of day to day facility operations. Including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC etc. My team and myself take care of all flooring including repair and replacement. Micros and all IT maintenenace and new installations. I over see contracts on our outside contractors and various vendors. I am responsible for business licenses, health and fire permits. Coordinator and manager of all new, and remodel construction. I cover all portions of the facility, House of Blues Restaurant, music hall, House of Blues Foundation Room, kitchens and any other related areas.

Took care of kitchen equipment repairs and maintenance. Parts ordering for equipment. Room calls.

I was in charge of engineering, house keeping and laundry facility. Recieved a joint Commision Accredidation with a score of 99 out of 100 and zero building deficiencies. Developed and maintained MSDS system for both Desert Lane care Center and Horizon Specialty Hospital. Took care of all maintenance in resident rooms, kitchen, and landscape.
