-Project managed building upgrades valued over $500,000-Coordinated project delivery for multiple key portfolios (energy audits, NABERS and CBD assessments). This involved internal project management, quality assurance and constant client liaising. -Accredited as a CBD and NABERS assessor -Completed site energy audits and performance optimization across dozens of sites including shopping centres, retirement villages, casinos and commercial buildings. This included review of existing technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, architectural etc.) and on-site configuration.-Monitored Energy and water consumption and set targets-Reviewed BMS operation and function for ongoing building tuning-Coordinated the roll-out of embedded networks (flagship project)-Helped manage commissioning projects-Wrote proposals and followed up on leads where necessary-Managed the Sydney CBD office (administrative) NB: Exergy Australia was acquired by Energy Action in 2014.
