I have over 20 years of experience in the railroad industry. My mission is to enhance the safety and reliability of the transportation system, and to align safety strategies, policies, and programs with the company's vision and values.I have strong skills in metadata, PowerBi, and organizational culture, which I use to leverage data and analytics to monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of safety initiatives, and to identify and mitigate risks and hazards. In my previous role as a System Safety Specialist, I designed and delivered safety training, audits, root cause analysis and promoted safety culture and awareness among employees and stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented teams to achieve our safety goals.
