• Was responsible for providing architectural and design leadership for services within the Business Insight, Data Warehousing and Master Data Management portfolios supporting BT's internal Finance, HR and Supply Chain.
• Reporting workstream lead authority for £260m Finance Transformation programme managing the production of the High Level solution design and techmap showing the architectural end-state for reporting.
• Writing the BI strategy for the Finance Transformation programme to enable the selection of the appropriate ERP to be deployed.
• Recruited additional technical resources to create the Reporting Design team to identify the existing reporting legacy infrastructure and evaluate customer requirements to inform the overall solution design.
