Current- Cyber & Network Security: Configured, tested, optimized, deployed, and supported complex solutions for multiple networking and security devices, protocols, and applications including Business and Secured ICS Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Data Center Core Switches, & Wireless Access Points such as Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet.- System Administration: Managed User and Group permissions to Agency computer resources for on-premise Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.- Provide technical training workshops, technical writing & follow-ups to support software launches & upgrades. - Technical focal point: Engaged stakeholder feedback & provided guidance and alternatives on software and service upgrades, while ensuring overall process success from request to delivery via Tier II & III support.- Supervisory role, manage, lead, and direct technical helpdesk staff.- ICS Physical Security: Assisted staff in configuring & deploying security cameras and physical access control for utility critical assets at power generation sites.- Continuity Planning: Planned and Participated in Monthly Disaster Recovery and Planning fail-over tests, as well as coordination with annual Hard Fail overs for the agency via Nimble technology.- Project Leader: Coordinated upgrades, replacements, and documentation packages for Windows Server 2003 – 2019 and VMware Virtual infrastructure, Windows desktop O/S, iOS Mobile devices, & network firewalls.
