Founded my company in 1995 to flip houses & converted it to a Real Estate Brokerage. We have sold Millions of dollars worth of Real estate in 19 Counties in the State of FL Flipped over 300 houses as well and maintained as many as 40 rental homes. The REO/ Foreclosure division has worked with almost every major lender: Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Bank America, Duetsch Bank, Citi Group, Chase, HUD, Auction.com, Bayview, GRC, VRM, and many institutions that are no longer with us. As a young business professional, I saw a need for change in the small town politics as a city was facing growth all around it. The town had lots of wasteful spending. In 6 years, we Revamped the entire Planning and Zoning Department, Revamped the code enforcement and implemented a new Magistrate System for code hearings, acquired new land for a brand new police station (prior one was in a old single family house), acquired a community center for the youth to go after school to keep under privileged kids off the streets and offer them activities, we upgraded the electrical infrastructure in parts of the city to help lower rates, we upgraded water/ sewer treatment plants that hadn't been upgraded in years, acquired grants for the city to purchase lands for additional parks, took 1 full year to rezone 1400 parcel of land (an old Navy Base) to have the ability to redevelop it for large scale mixed use project of Retail space/ residential "downtown" space with lots of walking paths. Worked with other municipalities to allow for the First Coast Expressway to come through town to bring us a new bridge to help commuters be able to get to and from work better and allow for future growth.
