• Recommended an investment in Chegg, a fast growth online education company, based on balance sheet and cash flow credit analytics combined with high revenue growth expectations which added 30 basis points of return to the fund• Recommended Dicks Sporting Goods after analyzing the financials, listening to new deal roadshow, reviewing a past earnings call and presentation, and visiting 2 stores to gauge in-store foot traffic and supplies on shelves which resulted in 20 basis points of return to the fund• Conducted a statistical analysis of ARBIX mutual fund returns versus other alternative mutual funds and convertible arbitrage funds, comparing both in terms of annualized returns and risk measures including Beta, Standard Deviation and Sharpe Ratio. Analysis showed a high likelihood that the fund would receive a 5-star rating for Morningstar which it eventually did.
