As an experienced and passionate hospitality professional, I continuously enjoy learning and meeting customers' (or guests') needs and wants to the highest standards. That's what the hospitality industry is all about. I started working in the back and front of quick-service restaurants (QSRs). I eventually enrolled in a hospitality program in college, where from a leadership standpoint, I gained and developed the masterful, additional, and professional knowledge and quality skills of serving customers (or guests). I received quality training in the lodging segment as an intern in the great Walt Disney World (WDW) college program. I eventually promoted my way into management in QSRs post-graduation. I am currently seeking a full-time and professional opportunity in a high-profile and large hospitality atmosphere, as I did at WDW. The hospitality industry is still considered the top industry of responsibly employing many first-time workers (like yours truly), and is still top among the traffic of applications. However, the hospitality industry is also dubiously high among labor turnover that are repairable. The lack of passion and/or reduction of professional training has contributed to the overflowing high cost of labor turnover. In this progressive and labor-intensive industry, I gratefully hope that the next hospitality recruiter will understand and accept my initial, creative, and proven goals of successfully: · reducing the unnecessary and high labor turnover,· hiring and building more passionate and productive employees,· and greatly retaining more quality hospitality talents.Wherever my calling may be in hospitality field, I will continuously encourage more people to seek and retain opportunities in whatever field(s) of interests and not just have another job (as has unintentionally been the latest standard of remaining employed and making more money). People that perform their tasks more passionately are more customer-friendly, retainable, and promotable.
