CurrentLead the development of this new busines and now manage the operations of this nationwide installation/replacement business.Responsible for P&L of the business unit.Work with the largest Building supply retailer to promote the program and execute on orders.Responsible the network of installers.Build and manage systematic procedures to ensure consistancy in the market. This has included the set up of a call center, building of a web ordering tool, and installation mgmt website.Build systems to ensure world class customer service. From phone calls to the lean manfucaturing at our plants to the service we provide in our customers' home.This also includes customer resolution.Work closely with Sales and Marketing to build our POP, deliverables, web content, advertising, perform sales trainings and lead sales calls for this program.
