A few key achievements in this tenure include:~ Achieved completion of project two days ahead of schedule on a 12-day project. ~ Navigated unexpected barriers devising creative solutions to consistently meet customer expectations across all projects.

In the role of Directional Drilling Supervisor, I led drilling project implementations for large scale oil well drilling projects. I recruited and trained team members. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional partners and vendors. I also drove achievement of deliverables by motivating high performing team.One key achievement in this tenure includes:~ Created and implemented workflow changes to increase efficiencies and speed of drilling production resulting in ten-day reduction in project timelines yielding cost savings of $1M+.

After serving as Lead Gamma Supervisor and MWD Field Supervisor, I was promoted to Directional Driller where I drove execution of oil well drilling projects. I partnered with engineers, laborers, vendors, and external contractors to coordinate project activities. I also operated drilling machinery to access various oil sources. One key achievement in this tenure includes: ~ Maximized efficiency and productivity of drilling site through collaboration with other drilling professionals to enhance technical strategies, analyze workflow processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

In the beginning of my career, I was a Lead Gamma Supervisor and MWD Field Supervisor where I provided on-site supervision of Measurement While Drilling (MWD) processes. I oversaw tool preparation, data acquisition, log generation, MWD tool trouble shooting, quality control, and customer satisfaction. In addition, I partnered with Directional Drillers and other field personnel.One key achievement in this tenure includes: ~ Implemented multiple large-scale oil well drilling projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
