• Taking charge or Leading all operations on the facility that are not Production related to keep the facility running in a smooth fashion, and liaison with the Schlumberger Managers to make sure their facility needs are met.• Servicing/Repairing the Wash Bay PLC’s, Contactors, Motors, Valves, Pumps and auxiliary equipment.• To service and repair the automated control systems, sensors, monitors, pumps, and other various oilfield production equipment as my experience dictates before calling for any precision specialist in that field.• Performing Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Preventative Maintenance on all the Facility and Production Equipment.• Performing all production equipment and building repairs according to Company, NEC ABS, and OSHA guidelines.• Tracking and reconciling all work orders along with parts used immediately via a Smart Phone system.• Complete assigned work orders on facility finishes, furnishings and equipment in a timely manner.• Scheduling 3rd party Vendors to assist with repairs, upgrades, or other facility services and supervise and monitor their work.

Position: Barge Supervisor (Barge Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor)Ensco Competency Assessment Program for Barge Supervisor: Passed, 100% As the Barge Supervisor my duties with Ensco included:• Planning/Preparing/Performing and taking charge of all Rig Moves and performing all Jacking Operations.• Maintenance Supervisor: Responsible for and in charge of all Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance onboard.• Responsible for and in charge of all Deck and Crane Operations, offloading/backloading all supply vessels, and overseeing all Helicopter operations.• Responsible for total vessel stability.• Responsible for managing all Bulk, Fuel, Potwater, Drillwater, OBM, and all other fluids being received/transferred/backloaded, including the stability of each including the Logs/Registers.• Responsible for all Cement Jobs in the transfer of Cement for the Well.• Leading and Supervising the Safe-System-of-Work with the crews.• Responsible for all Rigging Equipment, Cranes, Rigging Loft, and all Logs/Registers with it. Supervise and oversee all 3rd Parties during the Lifting Gear Inspections.• Supervisor of the Chief Mechanics, Chief Electricians, Welders, Painters, 3rd Party, Crane Operators, and Deck Crew.• Liaison with the OIM on all Rig related issues.• Ensuring that all marine aspects of the rig's operations are carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory controls and guidelines and Liaison with ABS for Class and Flag Certifications and Requirements.• Supervising all operations of the marine department to ensure the safety and efficiency of the rig operations.• Ensuring all safety equipment, including lifeboats and firefighting equipment, is maintained in a state of operational readiness at all times and schedule all 3rd party inspections to keep the certifications up to date.• Performing and Supervision of all Preventative Maintenance and ensuring all PMS are completed in a timely manner.

Position: Chief Electrician / Rig Electrician (With Maintenance Supervisor Liberian License)Ensco Competency Assessment Program for Chief Electrician: Passed, 100% As the Chief Electrician my duties with Ensco included:• Operating, maintaining, and repairing the main and emergency generators and generation system up to 600vac and its distribution throughout the vessel via power and lighting panels.• Operating, maintaining, and repairing the D.C. power conversion and control systems. This includes the 750vdc SCR drive bays and all the DC Traction Motors up to 1200hp. This includes all the control boards, switch-gear assemblies.• Installation, maintaining, repairing all AC Motors up to 200hp, Baylor Brakes and Controllers, P.L.C.’s, Fire and Gas control panels and sensors, Top Drives, Mud Pumps, Blowout Prevents, VFD Drives, and all other associated drilling equipment including the Block Control Systems.• Performing all Preventative Maintenance for the PMS in the Electrical Department according to Company, NEC ABS, and OSHA guidelines.• Maintaining and repairing all of the Letourneau Electric Cranes onboard.• I was an active participant in the “STOP” program, Permit to Work System, Job Safety Analysis Programs, and the Lock-out-Tag-out system.• Operating, maintaining and repairing all refrigeration and air conditioning systems. I do have an H.V.A.C. License.

As the Rig Electrician my duties with Rowan included:• Operating, maintaining and repairing all HVAC refrigeration and air conditioning systems. I do have an HVAC License.• Performing maintenance and repair of electrical components for all Drilling equipment (i.e. drilling motors and auxiliaries, Top Drive systems, mud pumps, etc…), Marine equipment (thruster motors, ballast system, cranes, etc…)• Performing maintenance and repair of electrical components for all Drilling equipment (i.e. drilling motors and auxiliaries, Top Drive systems, mud pumps, etc…), Marine equipment (thruster motors, ballast system, cranes, etc…)• Maintaining sufficient spares onboard - for critical/safety/maintenance/operational systems with a pro-active attitude with regards to upcoming Preventive Maintenance System.• Maintain workshop equipment/tools to the highest safety standards.• Performing daily visual inspections of equipment; prevent/rectify actual and potential malfunctions, and correct potentially dangerous conditions.• Ensuring that operations are planned, organized, supervised and executed in accordance with well programs, rig move plans, Rowan’s. Requirements and contractual obligations.• Maintaining the housekeeping onboard to Rowan’s standards.• Clearly and accurately communicate work status at end of shift and end of hitch handovers.Additional Notes: I have installed an experimental Company internally designed SCR system and coordinated with the designing Engineers in refining the system and components onsite. I have floated on over half a dozen Rowan rigs to assist their Rig Electricians in troubleshooting major component failures and restoring the systems back to operational status to recover from Down Time. This has allowed me to see the different variations of equipment and their configuration and operation giving me a broader overview of the electrical systems being used on the rigs.
