Mr. Rogers advises clients based in the United States and abroad on international tax matters and US tax, and tax controversy matters. His areas of practice include international mergers and acquisitions, development of global tax strategies, debt structurings, intangibles licensing, transer pricing, real estate investment and development, financial products, and manufacturing. His practice also includes a range of foreign tax credit and deferral provisions relevant to both US and foreign mulitinationals. His practice includes both planning and transactional matters as well as audit defense and controversy involving transfer pricing, financial transactions and other issues. He has been active in development of US and foreign tax rules and in leading legislative coalitions.
