I have 12 years experience working with contractors, engineers and architects coordinating and meeting special inspection/testing needs for a variety of construction projects. As a project manager, I oversaw the special inspection and testing for both residential and commercial projects providing insight and information to contractors and clients with regard to this area. I developed inspection cost estimates of $5,000 or less and can communicate with clients as to how they can efficiently budget their inspection needs.I communicated with contractors and engineers with regards to inspection/testing issues that arise and work to problem-solve to meet the needs within job specifications and the IBC. I also communicated with clients with regards to their inspection budget and inform them when costs may exceed the original estimate.I am accustomed to performing site visits and attending pre-construction meetings. I reviewed and published inspection reports on a daily basis, and performed project file reviews for final summary letter generation.I scheduled inspections on a daily basis, initiated agreements with clients, and provided technical assistance with regards to inspection requirements or directed them to someone who could best answer their questions. I set up projects in the company database and maintained a variety of records.As radiation safety officer I was responsible for monitoring the use and transport of up to15 Troxler moisture-density gauges by 25 technicians. This included conducting field audits on technicians when they used a gauge; performing basic maintenance and leak tests; teaching radiation safety and gauge use to new technicians; maintaining records of gauge licensing, use, transport, calibration, leak test results, utilization, and other documentation according the Oregon State Rules and Regulations.I also have lab and field experience testing concrete and soils,
